Of all that jazz

It's a rainy day in Northfield. Again. One would be forgiven to think, glancing cursorily out the window, that it was some rainy country like England. Or Malaysia during the monsoon season. Or the plains in Spain.

So here I am. I leave for New York tomorrow. Early in the morning. I fly into Newark and then make my way to Manhattan. I've decided to take the train instead of the shuttle. It's cheaper. And I have time to pass anyway. 10 days of jazz. I'm hoping to meet up with some friends - some from Carleton and some from Malaysia! It'll be sweet.

And after that, I'll be heading home. Home sweet home! Can't wait. Get ready, Malaysia.

But in the meantime, if you're reading this, could you please be praying for:
  • Safety in New York. And for a great time with jazz. And more importantly to find time for God in the midst of my hectic schedule.
  • Safe travels. I have a lot of flying in the next couple of weeks or so. MSP - EWR; JFK - MSP; MSP - NRT; NRT - SIN; SIN - PEN! Yay, home!
  • That in the midst of the busyness, I will be able to find time to meditate on God and on all He's done for me especially this past term

Thank you! Love!!
